Description
| Application | This cell line is a non-Ig-secreting or synthesising line derived from a cell line created by the fusion of BABL/c mouse spleen and the mouse myeloma P3X63Ag8. These cells are resistant to 8-azaguanine (20 μg/ml) and do not survive in media containing HAT. Maintain cultures at 3-9 × 105 cells/ml. Inubate at 37 oC and 5% CO2 (HAT sensitive). Recommended culture medium: RPMI-1640 or DMEM + 2 mM |
